From Seattle:
Take I-5 south towards SeaTac Int'l. At Ext 154A, merge onto I-405 North towards Renton. Follow that about 2 miles to Exit 2, where you will merge onto WA-167 South towards Auburn. Continue for 8 miles to the S 227th Street exit. Turn left onto S 227th. Turn right onto Auburn Way North, heading south. As you reach the Auburn Municipal Airport, turn left on 22nd Street NE. River's Edge will be on the left side of the street.

From Tacoma:
Take I-5 North towards Federal Way. Take exit 142A, merging onto WA-18 East towards Auburn. Continue for about 4 miles to the Auburn Way exit. Follow the turnaround under the overpass and head north on Auburn Way. As you reach the Auburn Municipal Airport, turn right on 22nd Street NE. River's Edge will be on the left side of the street.
